The DPC-L100/DPH-L100 is a series of head-separated, dual-display digital pressure sensor designed for high-precision detection of fluid and air pressure. These simple to operate devices feature exceptional resistance to interference, pressure surges, vibrations and mechanical shock, water and dust, and fluid heat.
The DPC-100 controller possesses a 12-segment dual display. For convenient analysis of pressure values, the DPC-100 controller offers a variety of functions such as window comparator mode, hysteresis mode and control output. Moreover, tests for leak tightness can be carried out by using an input signal. Current or voltage output are available for the analog output.
Using the DPH-L100 series’ sensor heads, pressure of gas or liquids can be measured. To accommodate a wide range of applications, the housing is made of stainless steel. Depending on the type chosen, the series covers a pressure range from -1bar (vacuum) to +500bar. To cope with various circumstances, the controller is separated from the pressure sensor. For processing the signal, the sensor heads offer an analog output; the processing itself can be carried out either by the optional DPC-L100 controller or a PLC.
